It is now 16years since purchasing the License to distribute Daiquiri mixes with the then know Daiquiri Group, we have expanded and diversified into the production of D'Yavol ® Devil of a Drink TM & D'Yavol Ice carbonates. Born out of our love of fine wines, liquors and delicious food as well as an interest in producing our own wine, we began investigating various potential sources to begin production of a crisp Grape product, to use as the base to our range of fruit liqueurs and Daiquiris. Frozen Daiquiris, being our core business with details on our other website www.daiquiriisle.com.au for Party Hire events and functions, including as pictured left, at Tattersals Park Elwick for the annual Hobart Cup early February.
During the early stages of the testing we ran trials producing various types of Fruit and Grapes. We introduced our initial product range called D'Yavol ® 'Devil of A Drink' TM under the trading name 'Ice House Beverages' a Daiquiri Isle Pty Ltd a wholly owned business. This fortified grape product, is a terrific mixer for Cocktails, fruit juices, even soft-drinks.
With the help of the crew at Wine Making Tasmania we commenced production of D'Yavol ®.
Later, In 2016 we invested in a bottling system which we operate from our premises at Burgesss Dve in the Industrial Estate of Shearwater and also commenced trials of our range of fortified fruit liqueurs which now number 12.

Our range of wines include wines from South Eastern Australian vineyards. Many include award winning wines such as Nericon Estate Durif. Our Wines are quality and moderately priced. These vintages include The Drover range of quality wines & Sparkling Brut Cuvee.
Our D'Yavol® Devil of a Drink was developed as a cocktail mixer. We produce a clear cocktail mixer, 12 Fruit Wine Liqueurs, 5 D'Yavol® Ice carbonated range 330ml 8%alc/vol.

All our sanitisers are produced by us here in Tasmania. Sizes range from 80ml to 20Ltr refillable drums. Made to WHO standards and includes Safety Data Sheets from Chemwatch.
Our handy purse size 80ml come with spray and the 20ltr drums are fitted with easy pour captap.
